HSINTL was established in Ban Tongkhoun, Xaisomboun Province, Lao P.D.R to complement L.A.I.D. and boost agarwood production of HSMM Group of Companies. The combined production of the two companies has made HSMM Group of Companies the largest agarwood enterprise in Southeast Asia.
HSINTL and L.A.I.D. works jointly with STRI (Science and Technology Research Institute of Lao PDR) in developing new technologies, establishing new Agarwood plantations and promoting clean environmental practices
HSINTL operates its own plantations and agarwood oil distillation/extraction facilities and it serves as the HSMM Group of Companies trading arm. The company has 250,000 agarwood trees in plantations.
HSINTL’s exports are CITES-certified. CITES stands for Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
